Include your kids in your pursuits of health and fitness! No baby sitter? No excuses! We offer child minding during every class for children ages 6 and under. There is a $5 charge or add them to your membership for an additional $17 a month. 

 

We offer educational programs for pre school age children. These programs are an hour long and include an exercise class as well as a lesson in nutrition and health. The class includes a fresh pressed juice that the kids will help make. The classes will also incorporate music and movement. Drop them off for unlimited classes for cheaper than your average preschool. A monthly unlimited membership is $175 or do a drop in class anytime for $22. Feel free to take a class or even pick up groceries. Your kids will be engaged and won't even notice you are gone!
